Happy hump day! Today was a really good day. It started off a little rough because I had trouble staying asleep last night and woke up around 5am. Ugh. Hopefully my sleep will improve as I get used to my new lifestyle. Since I had trouble sleeping last night I did not wake up in time to cook breakfast instead I snoozed for 20 more mins and then rushed to work, I’m a pro at it. Fail!
I had a small victory today, I weighed in around lunch time and I have lost 1.4 lbs since Saturday! On target to meet my weekly goal of 2.9 lbs. Yay! I had a great workout today and all around I’m feeling good. I’m having a lot of fun with this DietBet challenge so far.

9AM: Breakfast consisted of two cuties and water because I slept in and failed at life this morning.

1PM: Lunch! Chicken breast, a whole lotta green beans and steamed veggie mix. Yum!

5Pm:Workout today was a good one! Push Press + 6 rounds of: 10 XT Pulls, 10 Thrusters with dumbbells, and 1 run. Whew! What’s the deal with all the neon I wear? Seriously.

6PM: Protein shake with frozen strawberries and bananas = a healthy milkshake. Yessssssssss

7 PM: Had Panda Express for dinner. Mushroom chicken, green bean chicken, and brown rice. I did not eat all that rice, they hooked me up big time!
I competed another goal today that I’m hoping to keep up: no eating after 7pm. I’m a night snacker so this might be hard for me. I drank about the same amount of water as yesterday 90+ oz of water + a 16 oz H9 Water. Tomorrow I’m going to try and focus on drinking more water and making breakfast.
Today I’m finding motivation in:
The scale! Seeing that number go down is so wonderful.
Time to finish laundry and catch up on The Batchelor! Night y’all!
