Evening everyone! GREAT news today! I weighed in this morning and saw a weight loss of 2.8 pounds! Yesterday I was so worried I wouldn’t see any results on the scale (because I’m a worrier) and low and behold I lost almost 3 freakin’ pounds! *Happy-dance* It works people! I’ve lived a lifetime of trying diet after diet and nothing working. Now seeing this and feeling this strong, I’m so grateful to be where I am and have such a great team of people there to help me along the way. I only need to lose 2.5 more pounds to reach my DietBet goal and take a piece of the pie. There is hope and I see the light at the end of the tunnel!
Here is my day in a nutshell…

8AM: 2.8 Lb weight loss! I drank water and had an orange for breakfast.

1PM: Lunch, Asian Cabbage salad with shredded turkey and some crunchy things.

5PM: I’m dying.

7PM: Dinner! Panda Express never does me wrong. YUM
I had a great workout today. It was pouring rain outside so I escaped running (for today), but geneva made sure to make up for it. Today’s workout included: Squats (gotta get that booty!), 5 rounds: 10 Wall Balls + 10 Row+10 push-ups + 15 Lunges. 3X 1min battle rope. I’ll be back in the gym tomorrow for my last workout of the week, I have until Saturday to lose 2.5 lbs. Wish me luck!
