Evening everyone!
Today was a pretty good day. I got some clothes in the mail for my Denver trip including some ah-dorable Lane Bryant faux suede knee high boots that I’m in love with. I’ve always wanted a pair and my abnormally thick calves just wouldn’t have it, thank God for wide width shoes. Only a few weeks till our trip!
As you’ll see below I was rather boring today, went to work, worked out, went grocery shopping, the usual. For breakfast I walked to the local bakery right by my office and got a croissant with bacon and eggs, I was so hungry I forgot to take a picture of it and just gobbled it up (oopsie).

1PM: Lunch: Back at it again with the green beans. Haha! My favs!

3Pm: Work time selfie! Not gonna lie I was feeling rather cute today. These jeans are fitting me better and better everyday.

5PM: Workout today was BRUTAL. But so good. Details below!

6:30 PM: Dinner was homemade greek yogurt chicken salad with grapes and walnuts (YUM!!) on a thin round, with sliced avocado and a boiled egg. Protein, Protein, Protein!
I did not do well with my water today, argh! This habit is going to take a little longer than I thought, but I’m not giving up yet!
Tonight’s Workout:

3 sets 15 Reps Russian Twists.

3 sets 10 reps sit-ups with kettle-bell

3 Runs to the wall and back.

50 deadlifts (light weight)

We ended with 50 modified burpees.
Done! Like I said, intense.
I’ve got one hour before bedtime, I’m going to catch up on my shows and then hit the hay. See you all tomorrow!
